Lamya Alaydaroos, Operations Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai & First Emirati Women with IPAF Operator license.

She joined Expo as an apprentice in 2018. Not knowing she will be leading the world’s largest and longest running high access project in the world with her team of 3. But this was not the full team.

She acquired her learnings through Manlift and experts of the team, only to manage MEWPs users and service providers across 19 groups and 4 zones on Expo site, insuring safe delivery of operations and outstanding results

Lamya currently looks after Expo high level operations solo with reduction of fleet and operations post event.
